    Machine and Automation System Center
 
Structure of Automation System
There are two groups of Automation System in Industrial Sector; Manufacturing Automation and Process Automation. Both groups can be categorized by the control level and operation level of Automation Structure into 4 levels as followed
Process Level: All input and output equipments in an Automation System
such as Piston, Valve, Motor and censors.
Control Level: All controlling equipment such as PLC, IPC and PID.
SCADA Level: Monitoring and Controlling System by using computer
and software in order to analyse and real-time-production control.
Strategic Data Exchange Level: All automatic data handling system
by using software MES and ERP for management and decision supporting.

ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
MES - Manufacturing Execution System
SCADA - Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition
PLC - Programmable Logic Control
IPC - Industrial Personal Computer
PID - Proportional, Integral, Derivative Controller

Automation Machine design and development
Services area
1. Design the structure and drive control with all equipments
in Process Level.
2. Design controlling system by users requirement
(Control & SCADA Level)
3. Write Controlling operation manual and Machine
maintainance manual
4. Machine Maintainance training for operators.


Controlling system design and development
Services area
1. Develop and improve a controlling system (Control & SCADA
Level) such as Improving DCS system for Power station.
2. Develop new controlling system (Control & SCADA Level)
such as PLC Controlling and Touch Screen.
3. Retrofit automatically controlled machine such as
CNC Machine and Robot.
4. Controlling system and Software development
(Visual Basic and Visual C).

Remark:
PLC: Our engineers are specialized in Siemens, Mitsubishi,
Omron and HollySus.
SCADA: our engineers are specialized in Intouch, WinCC,
Citect and HollySus.

Hydraulic design and troubleshooting
Services area
1. Hydraulic for machines in factory such as Pressing Machine,
Plastic Injection Machine, Plastic Blowing Machine,
Machines for Iron Industry. Etc.
2. Hydraulic for mobile unit machine such as Crane, Excavatir
and ship.
3. Electronics control hydraulic such as Proportional Valve
and Servo Valve.
4. Offshore Hydraulic system such as Oil rig platform,
Ocean marine.

Hydraulic equipment testing and servicing
Services area
1. Examine every types of hydraulic equipment such as Controlling valve,
pump and piston.
2. Examine and find the hydraulic equipment performance such as Pump
performance examine both proportional valve and servo valve.
3. Examine report certified by Thai-German Institute

Remark
Test and examine service charge is between 5,000 - 10,000
baht/equipment.


Automation Technology Experiment kit and knowledge media design and development
Services area
1. Experiment kit design as requirement such as pnuematic, hydraulic,
PLC and motor control.
2. Design and develop knowledge and training media such as presentation,
job sheet, training sheet and evaluation sheet.
3. Automation Technology machine manual and document translation.


Motion control and Machine Vision
Services area
1. Design and develop Motion control system for sophisticate works
such as Interpolation path continuous and synchronising.
2. Specimen examination with machine vision for connecting with
automation system such as quality control in automation
production system.

designer analyse the problem which might occurred during the production while the process is still in designing step. This will reduce the problem and cost.

    Maintenance and Industrial Management Center

Industrial Services & Development Center provides parts making with high precision. We also make tools, mould&die parts by customers’ drawing. Machine rental for production is also available. We have several machines and measurement equipments to support the varities of shape and production under ISO 9001:2008
