     การนำระบบอัตโนมัติและหุ่นยนต์มาใช้ มิใช่เพียงแต่นำมาใช้แทนคนเท่านั้น แต่จะต้องคำนึงถึงความคุ้มค่าการลงทุน และเป็นเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติประสิทธิภาพสูงปราศจากความสูญเปล่าและความสูญเสีย ดังนั้น เราจึงมุ่งเน้นในการถ่ายทอดความรู้และให้คำปรึกษาในการนำเทคโนโลยีระบบอัตโนมัติและหุ่นยนต์มาใช้งานให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดตามหลักการของ Lean Automation เราได้รับการถ่ายทอดแนวความคิดและองค์ความรู้การผลิตอัตโนมัติคุณภาพสูงโดยตรงจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นซึ่งถือว่าเป็นที่แรกที่ได้เริ่มทำเรื่องนี้ตั้งแต่ปี 2018 จนถึงปัจจุบัน

     ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีการผลิตอัตโนมัติ มุ่งเน้นการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในหลักสูตรที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงในการยกระดับกระบวนการผลิต ตามแนวทางของ Lean Automation (โครงการ Lean Automation System Integrator : LASI ที่เป็นความร่วมมือรัฐบาลไทย-ญี่ปุ่น)

     The adoption of automation and robotics is not only used to replace humans but also to consider cost-effective and high-efficiency automation machines without wastage and loss. Therefore, we focus on knowledge transfer and providing consultancy to effectively implement automation systems and robotics in a manner that maximizes performance, following the principles of “Lean Automation”. We have been transmitting high-quality automation production ideas and knowledge directly from Japan, which is considered to be the first place to start doing this from 2018 until today..

     The Manufacturing Technology Center focuses on transferring knowledge in a highly efficient course to streamline production processes under the guidance of Lean Automation. (LASI project in collaboration with the Thai Government and Japanese Government)

การให้บริการแบ่งเป็น 5 กลุ่ม ดังนี้

1. การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตตามแนวทางลีน

2. การนำเทคโนโลยีระบบอัตโนมัติและหุ่นยนต์มาเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต

3. การแก้ไขปัญหาผลิตเฉพาะกระบวนการ เช่น งานฉีดพลาสติก,งานปั๊มโลหะฯลฯ
    Solving Specific Production Process Problems such as Plastic Injection, Metal Stamping, etc.
4. ออกแบบระบบ SMED รายกระบวนการ เช่น กระบวนการ ฉีดพลาสติก กระบวนการปั๊มโลหะ กระบวนการฉีดอลูมิเนียม
