Siras Chotivejthamrong, Vice President, was honored to represent Thai-German Institute (TGI) as an invited speaker at the Barrier-Free Workforce in the Digital Transformation Era: Advancing Inclusive Digital Futures International Forum, held in Taipei, Taiwan (28–30 July 2026).
The forum brought together representatives from South Korea, the United States, the Philippines, Thailand, and Taiwan to exchange ideas on building an inclusive digital workforce.
Siras delivered a speech on inclusive digital workforce development and skills training for persons with disabilities, and joined two panel discussions on policy tools for skills development and public-private collaboration for digital inclusion.
Over the following two days, Siras joined site visits to organizations leading the way in disability-inclusive innovation:
🔹 29 July (morning) — Multifunctional Intelligent E-Service Center, Ministry of Labor, an AI-powered contact center where the majority of staff are persons with disabilities.
🔹 29 July (afternoon) — FREE Bionics, an innovative tech company developing AI-powered assistive health equipment that helps persons with disabilities live with greater independence.
🔹 30 July (morning) — Courtyard by Marriott Taipei, a hotel with 334 staff, including 11 hearing-impaired employees forming their dedicated "HI Team" housekeeping unit.
Grateful for the opportunity to learn from such inspiring models of inclusion, and proud to represent TGI on this international platform. 🙏
Special thanks to @WDA (Workforce Development Agency) for the invitation and excellent organization.
